These 12 ounce gusseted bags are used as a coffee bag to help keep out moisture.  They help keep the aroma in the bag and does not allow excess oxygen in to keep the coffee fresher longer.  You can add valves for an added feature.  They stand up when you put your product inside, giving you an area to add your label. You can also add tin ties if you desire.
