AIE Magnetic Hold Impulse Hand Sealers AIE-405HIM have built in electro magnets which hold the sealer arm down through both the heating and cooling cycles and then releases automatically.  They reduce operator error for more consistent quality seals.  AIE Magnetic Hold Hand Impulse Sealers have dual timers - one for the sealing cycle and one for the congealing cycle.  These machines are energy efficient - No warm-up time, these impulse sealers only use electricity while a seal is being made. According to the manufacturer, Impulse Heat Sealers are best suited for KEL-F, POLYFLEX, P.V.A., POLYETHYLENE, POLYURETHANE, POLYVINYLCHLORIDE, POLYPROPYLENE, PLIOFILM, TIVAC, SARAN and most other heat sealable materials.
