AIE-600FUA - 24 Inch Automatic - Manual Upper Jaw Sealer 2mm Seal

AIE Upper Jaw Automatic Impulse Sealers AIE-600FUA include an electric foot pedal for manual operation.  They are built for continuous sealing operations on material such as polyethylene and polypropylene. These AIE Upper Jaw Automatic Impulse Sealers have the element on the top jaw and the silicone on the lower helping to keep moisture and contaminants off the element.  The sealing cycle is controlled by a transistorized circuit board and electronic timers.  They provide uniform pressure which is applied evenly across the sealing surface by an electromagnet that pulls the sealing arm down.  Once the correct timer settings are programmed, consistent and reliable seals are maintained automatically from the first seal to the last.
