Credit Cards    

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,  American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. 

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks    

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.  For orders over $2500.00 we may require a cashier's check in advance.

Net 30 Terms

We can extend your company net 30 terms.  Please Click Here for our application  Once your application is approved we will contact you. 

Returns    

We will accept items for return within 30 days of delivery that are still in UNUSED condition.  Returns MUST be in original packaging.  If any parts are missing or damaged, we may still accept your item as a return, but deduct the costs from your refund for restoring the return back to resalable condition.

Claims for errors, defects, or damages must be made within 5 days of delivery.

When your request for an RMA# is received we will get back to you with an RMA# and the correct shipping address.  All packages must have the RMA# on the address label and the packing list.  

Damaged merchandise will be covered through freight insurance, a claim must be started and may take up to 14 days.  Defective merchandise will be exchanged unless it is machinery.  *Defective machinery will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, the customer must contact the manufacturer within the given warranty time frame.  If the wrong product was shipped to you, we will exchange it for the correct product.  

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is because of our error. 

All items returned that were sold with free shipping will have our actual shipping cost deducted.  The shipping to you is only free if you keep the product. 

A manufacturer's re-stocking fee of 15% will apply to all* non-defective returned merchandise.

*A 20% manufacturer's re-stocking fee will apply to Peanut Dispensers/Vacuums, Reiner, and Smart Jet machines.

Any products returned without an RMA# may be rejected. Any returns sent after the RMA authorization period may not be accepted as a return. If it is accepted there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Please note any refused or undeliverable packages, will be treated as a return.  In this case, subtracted from your refund will be a 20% restock fee, return shipping costs, and the costs you were charged for shipping at the time of purchase.  

Custom Orders are NON-RETURNABLE.

Taxes    

Pack Secure shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to Ohio. For orders shipping to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes to be submitted to your state.  Sometimes a product will be drop shipped and you will be invoiced for the sales tax.  You will have the option to claim tax-exempt at check out if you are exempt.

Shipping Policy     

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days of order placement.  We make every attempt to process your order in a timely manner.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Federal Holidays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Pack Secure only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Please note that any free shipping items we offer will state free shipping on the item page.  

For expedited shipping you must call us before 2:00pm EST to make arrangements.

If you would like us to ship on your UPS account, please note that there will be a logo on the product page stating how to use your UPS account.  Not all products are able to ship on your UPS Account. Please call us for details.

Most orders are shipped via UPS, but may ship via Fed Ex or USPS + Courier at our discretion.

Please note that if the shipping address supplied is incorrect and we are billed an address correction fee by UPS or any other freight company, this fee will be billed to your credit card or to you directly.

Our products ship from various warehouses throughout the country.

Multiple Product Orders    

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Due to the fact that we ship from several warehouses, products may not ship from the same location.  Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. 

Non Payment Policy   

Pack Secure reserves the right to post the names of individuals or companies on our website for any non payments.  We will also report this information to credit reporting agencies.  Please also note that we will take all legal action necessary to collect any unpaid debts and charge the collection fee to the non payer. 

Order Acceptance Policy    

Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Pack Secure reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out of Stock Products    

We always try to have all product on hand, unfortunately there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. Although this seldom happens, we will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Privacy    

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.  We do not keep your credit card information on file. We do not share any of your information with advertising or marketing companies.

We will however release account and other personal information when we believe release is required by law; or to enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Pack Secure, our users, or others. In assisting with credit risk and fraud reduction we may share your information if we deem it necessary.  

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Typographical Errors and Site Glitches    

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Pack Secure has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  If there is a glitch due to our shopping cart and the item price or shipping does not get billed correctly, Pack Secure has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product effected by this glitch. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
