AIE-2018I 18 Inch I Bar Shrink Wrap System with PVC Shrink Film

AIE-2018I shrink wrap systems are ideal for packaging applications that require protection from dust, dirt, and moisture. Shrink wrapping helps prevent pilfering and enhances product presentation. This UL-approved system requires no warm-up time and features a timer-controlled impulse seal. It can also be used as a bag sealer and operates on a standard 110V outlet.

Shrink Wrapping in 3 Simple Steps

Pull enough shrink film to insert your product
Push the I-Bar arm down to seal and cut the end of the film, then repeat on the remaining open end
Use the included two-speed heat gun to shrink the film

I purchased a less expensive machine that was very similar. However, it broke and sparked within two weeks. I have had this machine for about three months. So far, it has worked well and seems to be high quality. Spend the extra money.

Good shrink wrapper

This wrapper is night and day difference between this one and the one I had before. This thing works great and seals very well with normal shrink wrap. I am not taking a star off for this as this is not the machines purpose. But I did seal a thick bag and it sealed great at the top and bottom of the seal. But the middle did not seal perfect. When sealing really think stuff just push on the middle and it will work better. Again, that is not the machines purpose to seal really think bags like the one I did one and will probably not do again. But that is the only thing I found that was an issue with this machine. With ALL normal thickness bags it did a great job once I got the heat to a perfect level around 5.5 or do on the dial.
