Automatic Sealers
Automatic Sealers offers the ability to give adjustable time cycles to your sealing. Some offer the ability to seal your product manually, if the automatic seal is not necessary. There are a variety of types, including standard impulse, and double impulse. Bench top auto sealers and foot automatic sealers are available. These sealers give reliable and consistent sealing of films. These impulse sealers only use power when they are sealing, there is no heat up time required. If your sealing needs are higher volume, these sealers are the solution for your need. Note these will need approx. 30min cool down after 1-2 hrs of constant run time. Automatic Sealers are hands free which allows you to seal more bags in a shorter time than the manual sealers. Auto sealers come in various lengths and widths. If you need to seal liquids in a bag, then you should consider a thicker seal such as a 5mm. 2mm seals are great for most jobs. Jobs that need a thicker seal should use the 10mm seal width. Sealing times will vary depending on the material you are sealing. Polyethylene and Polypropylene are the most common materials used.
