The AIE-310A1 is a 14-inch automatic impulse sealer with a 10 mm seal, designed for reliable and consistent sealing of films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Controlled by a transistorized circuit board and electronic timers, it ensures each seal is as precise as the first. A timer-controlled electromagnet provides uniform pressure by pulling the sealing arm down, and an electric foot pedal is included for manual operation.
Note: Automatic sealers require a 20 to 30 minute cool-down period after approximately 2 hours of continuous use. Optional counters are available to monitor the number of seals completed. Operates on a standard 110V outlet.
