The AIE-410A1 automatic programmable impulse sealer is engineered for consistent and reliable sealing of films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. It features a transistorized circuit board and electronic timers that ensure each seal is as precise as the first. A timer-controlled electromagnet provides uniform pressure by pulling the sealing arm down, and an electric foot pedal is included for manual operation.
Note: Automatic sealers require a 20 to 30 minute cool-down period after approximately 2 hours of continuous use. Optional counters are available to monitor the number of sealing cycles. According to the manufacturer, this model is best suited for KEL-F, POLYFLEX, P.V.A., POLYETHYLENE, POLYURETHANE, POLYVINYLCHLORIDE, POLYPROPYLENE, PLIOFILM, TIVAC, and SARAN. Operates on a standard 110V outlet.
