The AIE-450AR is an 18 inch automatic impulse sealer with a round wire. It is a reliable and consistent sealing unit that is controlled by a transistorized circuit board and electronic timers. This ensures that each seal is as good as the first one. The sealer is designed for sealing films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. It offers uniform pressure through a timer controlled electromagnet that pulls the sealing arm down. Additionally, it comes with an electric foot pedal for manual operation. Optional counters are also available for keeping track of the number of seals made. Overall, the AIE-450AR is a high-quality sealer that provides efficient and precise sealing for a variety of applications. Note: All Automatic sealers will need approx. 20-30min cool down after approx 2 hrs of constant run time. According to the manufacturer, Impulse Heat Sealers are best suited for KEL-F, POLYFLEX, P.V.A., POLYETHYLENE, POLYURETHANE, POLYVINYLCHLORIDE, POLYPROPYLENE, PLIOFILM, TIVAC, SARAN and most other heat sealable materials. It conveniently uses a standard 110V outlet.
