The AIE-455FL Foot Impulse Sealer is a high-performance, hands-free sealing solution built for commercial and industrial packaging. Formerly known as the AIE-455FI, this heavy-duty unit produces a 5 mm wide impulse seal across materials up to 18 inches long and 8 mil thick - ensuring secure closures for poly bags and thermoplastic films.
Designed for operator comfort and productivity, the AIE-455FL features a foot pedal activator, adjustable worktable, pedestal stand, and customizable foot pedal height. It operates on a standard 110V outlet and is factory-tested for consistent performance in demanding environments like food packaging, warehousing, and manufacturing.
