The Midwest Pacific Foot Impulse Sealers are 18 inches long with a 2 mm seal MP-18F1 (Round wire available see parts below). They are pedestal mounted (included) and activated by depressing the built-in foot pedal. While using the MP-18F1 Midwest Pacific Foot Impulse Sealer, both hands are free to handle product and bag. They only use power and get hot when the seal arm is depressed to seal a bag. This machine cools immediately after sealing. It has a solid state Timer adjusts from .3 second to 2.3 seconds to seal various thickness bags (8 mil. max. for Polyethylene (PE) and 5-6 mil. max. for Polypropylene (PP). The seals are airtight and waterproof. They are NOT recommended for cellophane, foil or metalized products. These machines operate on 110 volt and are extremely sturdy and stable units. If you would like to convert this sealer to a round wire sealer, see option below.

Uses Standard 110V outlet.

The Midwest Pacific Foot Impulse Sealers have a 90 day warranty on labor and all parts except heating element, upper and lower PTFE. These are consumable parts which will wear out over time based on use.
