The AIE-600FC Foot Impulse Sealer combines a 2mm wide sealing element with a built-in cutter, delivering fast and consistent results for a variety of packaging applications. Whether sealing rolls of poly tubing or individual bags, this unit allows users to seal and cut in a single operation. It features a sliding blade integrated into the sealing bar that trims excess material one-quarter inch from the seal for a clean finish.
An adjustable tilting head with up to 30 degrees of downward angle makes it especially well-suited for sealing liquids, powders, and other flowable materials. Its compatibility with continuous material feed makes it an excellent choice for high-volume workstations using tubing rolls.
