The AIE-600FC is a 24 Inch Foot Impulse Sealer with a 2mm seal and a built-in cutter. The sealer allows for cutting and sealing in one operation, whether it is from rolls of tubing or individual bags. With its adjustable head that can be tilted up to 30 degrees downward, it is convenient for packaging liquids and powders with ease. The AIE-600FC is particularly useful for continuous feeding of material, as it is compatible with poly tubing rolls. It features a sliding blade in the sealer bar that cuts material 1/4" from the seal. This sealer is capable of creating an airtight and watertight seal on virtually any type of packaging in a matter of seconds. It uses a standard 110V outlet for convenience. Each sealer is manufacturer tested and comes with a 180 day manufacturer's warranty.

According to the manufacturer, Impulse Heat Sealers are best suited for KEL-F, POLYFLEX, P.V.A., POLYETHYLENE, POLYURETHANE, POLYVINYLCHLORIDE, POLYPROPYLENE, PLIOFILM, TIVAC, SARAN and most other heat sealable materials.
