For reliable and consistent sealing of films such as polyethylene and polypropylene, use Automatic Programmable Impulse Sealers. Uniform Pressure is provided by a timer controlled electromagnet pulling the sealing arm down. Note: All Automatic sealers will need approx. 20-30min cool down after approx 2 hrs of constant run time. Automatic Programmable Impulse Sealers include an electric foot pedal for manual operation. Optional counters are available for monitoring the number of cycles completed. According to the manufacturer, Impulse Heat Sealers are best suited for KEL-F, POLYFLEX, P.V.A., POLYETHYLENE, POLYURETHANE, POLYVINYLCHLORIDE, POLYPROPYLENE, PLIOFILM, TIVAC, SARAN and most other heat sealable materials.
