AIE-610A1 - 24 Inch Automatic Impulse Sealer with 10mm Seal

These AIE-610A1 Automatic Impulse Sealers are controlled by a transistorized circuit board and electronic timers that once set will make the last seal as good as the first.  For reliable and consistent sealing of films such as polyethylene and polypropylene, use Automatic Programmable Impulse Sealers.  These units are controlled by a transistorized circuit board and electronic timers that once set will make the last seal as good as the first.  Uniform Pressure is provided by a timer controlled electromagnet pulling the sealing arm down. Note: All Automatic sealers will need approx. 20-30min cool down after approx 2 hrs of constant run time. Automatic Programmable Impulse Sealers include an electric foot pedal for manual operation.  Optional counters are available for monitoring the number of cycles completed.  According to the manufacturer, Impulse Heat Sealers are best suited for KEL-F, POLYFLEX, P.V.A., POLYETHYLENE, POLYURETHANE, POLYVINYLCHLORIDE, POLYPROPYLENE, PLIOFILM, TIVAC, SARAN and most other heat sealable materials.  Uses Standard 110V outlet.
