AIE-1000T2 impulse sealers are designed for long-format sealing applications requiring airtight and watertight results. This 40 inch model features a 2 mm flat wire seal and a solid state timer adjustable from 0.3 to 1.2 seconds, allowing precise control for sealing polyethylene (PE) bags up to 6 mil and polypropylene (PP) bags up to 4 mil. The unit is lightweight, portable, and energy efficient—only using power during the sealing cycle. Operates on a standard 110V outlet.
Note: Not recommended for cellophane, foil, metalized, or mylar materials.
