What is Armor Stretch Film / Armor Shield®
It is a VCI Stretch Film that helps keep metals looking clean and corrosion free while containing your load for maximum safety. It is a puncture resistant, self-clinging film that leaves no sticky residue and requires no tape to secure.
What are the benefits and applications for Armor Stretch Film?
It is customizable and provides corrosion protection and eliminates the need for strapping in some cases. It has excellent cling strength for unitizing loads or wrapping steel coils. Machine grade VCI Stretch is ideal for steel coils, parts on pallets, or racking systems where film can enclose entire containers, where top / bottom protection is needed. The narrow width is used for banding, bundling and unitizing. It is excellent for pick and pack operations where each part is different.

Dry Coat™
What is Armor Dry Coat?
It is a water-based liquid RP for ferrous metals. Once applied the clear protective coating will dry-to-touch. It does not attract dirt or dust and is not sticky or tacky. It can be applied to ferrous metals by dip, spray or flow coat. It is not recommended for outdoor use unless combined with other Armor VCI packaging products that contain VCI and UV inhibitors.
What are the benefits and applications for Dry Coat?
It is ready to use and has 2 year indoor protection. It replaces oils and other hazardous solvents. It is clean and safe with no VOCs, non-toxic. It reduces costs: material, time and labor. It removes easily and helps reduce disposal costs. It is ideal for small parts in large quantities such as nuts and bolts. It also works well for large export equipment, gears, pipes or any metal where VCI packaging has limitations. It is safe to use on ferrous metals, stainless steel and will not harm most elastomers or plastics.

What is Metal Rescue Bath?
It is a clean, safe and easy to use rust remover. It is water based, non-hazardous and biodegradable. It eliminates the need for corrosive or toxic products such as alkali, harsh acids or electrolysis. Rust can be removed in 5 minutes - 24 hours depending on the type of metal and severity or rust.
What are the benefits and applications for Metal Rescue Bath?
It is a safe, clean, easy and convenient way to remove rust (no scrubbing or brushing required). Once the rust is removed from the part it is ready to paint, coat or store. It ends having to send parts out to be de-rusted.
What is Metal Resuce Gel?
It is a cleaner, safer and easier rust remover for iron and steel. It is non-toxic, environmentally friendly and contains no harmful or corrosive acids, alkalis or solvents. It is a highly-adhesive formula allowing for simple and controlled application. It clings to metal. It must remain moist to remove rust, do not allow it to dry.
What are the benefits and applications for Metal Rescue Gel?
It is easy to use - no scrubbing, dipping or wire brushing required. It eliminates waste, as you only apply where needed. Its controlled application eliminates risk of harming areas around the rust. It is safer than other gel-based rust removers; contains no phosphoric acids. It does not compromise mechanical properties or functionality of metal. It ends the need to send out parts to have rust removed. It is used to remove rust spots on hard-to-reach spots on large surfaces. Its highly adhesive formula is ideal for removing rust on vertical surfaces.

What are Armor Desiccants?
Armor Shield® Desiccants control humidity by holding on to moisture with no change in size / shape of pack. Silica Gel and Clay Tyvek available (Clay Tyvek is most common and economical). FDA, USDA and Military approved.

They create a dry environment to a certain level within an enclosed pack. They are easy to use and save labor and costs, by helping to prevent rust. They present no health concerns. They are perfect for use in shipping domestically and exporting. They can be used for short or long term storage. They can be used for, electronics, food, tools, lab equipment, books, clothing, paintings etc.
ARMOR VCI EMITTERS and BUBBLE
What are VCI EMITTERS AND VCI BUBBLE?
Armor Shield® CF33 corrosion inhibiting emitter, foam pads, chips and the VCI bubble wrap are embedded with Amror VCI formulation and provides product separation, buffing barrier as well as rust protection.
What are the benefits and applications for VCI EMITTERS AND VCI BUBBLE
They offer convenience and corrosion protection with cushioning characteristics. When paper or poly can't be used (ex. electrical cabinets), stocked 10" x 10" squares can be used as emiiters.
