We have 3 of these units that are used quite a bit. Replacement parts are great- good as new.

I have purchased the heat elements and end caps for our midwest bag sealer and the quality of the parts are top notch! They have been on the unit for over a month now and are performing the same as day 1 and maybe even better than the original parts that came on the unit! Very pleased and will continue to purchase from here when needed!
