Marsh Natural Brown Oilboards are engineered to deliver high-quality results in industrial stencil applications. Each board is treated with a blend of triple boiled linseed oils to resist ink bleeding and ensure clear, consistent markings.
This oil treatment also lubricates stencil machine punches during each cut, helping extend equipment life. The .011" thickness is recommended for stencil machines handling 1/2" or larger characters.
To maintain rigidity and avoid tearing or pulling during cutting, always cut with the grain of the board. Each carton weighs approximately 50 lbs, and sheet counts may vary by packaging weight.
All Marsh Natural Brown Oilboards are cured in a specialized facility dedicated exclusively to producing premium-grade oilboards for industrial use.
Note: Oilboard is now classified as an “article.” SDS (MSDS) documentation is no longer required per manufacturer guidelines.
