Marsh Natural Brown Oilboards are engineered to meet industrial stencil application standards with dependable quality and performance. Each sheet is treated with triple boiled linseed oils to reduce ink bleeding and deliver sharp, reliable stencil impressions.
This oil treatment also lubricates stencil machine punches during character cutting, helping extend equipment lifespan. The .011" thick Natural Brown Oilboard is recommended for use with machines that accommodate 1/2" or larger character sizes.
To ensure optimal rigidity and cutting accuracy, always cut with the grain of the board. Each case contains approximately 50 lbs of oilboard, with actual sheet count determined by packaging weight.
