Marsh Canary Oilboards are engineered for precision stencil marking and treated with a special combination of triple boiled linseed oils to resist ink bleeding and ensure clean, legible impressions.
This oil also lubricates the punches in your stencil machine during each cut, helping extend the machine’s operational life. The .015" thick Canary Oilboard is recommended for stencil machines using 1/2" or larger characters.
For best results, cut with the grain of the board to maintain rigidity and prevent tearing or distortion. Each carton weighs approximately 50 lbs, with sheet counts based on weight.
All Marsh Canary Oilboards are cured in a dedicated facility focused solely on producing high-quality oilboard materials for industrial marking applications.
Note: Oilboard is now classified as an “article.” SDS (MSDS) forms are no longer issued per manufacturer guidelines.
