Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in UNUSED condition.
Claims for errors, defects, or damages must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Request an RMA# by checking the box below and submitting your request.
Once your request is received, we will provide an RMA# and the correct shipping address.
All packages must have the RMA# on the address label and the packing list.
Products returned without an RMA# may be rejected.
Damaged merchandise will be covered through freight insurance.
Claims must be started and may take up to 14 days.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged unless it is machinery.
Defective machinery is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
Customers must contact the manufacturer within the warranty time frame.
If the wrong product was shipped, we will exchange it for the correct product.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Items sold with free shipping will have our actual shipping cost deducted from the refund.
Free shipping applies only if you keep the product.
A manufacturer's re-stocking fee of 15% applies to all non-defective returned merchandise.
A 20% manufacturer's re-stocking fee applies to Peanut Dispensers/Vacuums, ESC60 Stencil Machine, Reiner, and Smart Jet machines.
Refused or undeliverable packages will be treated as a return.
Refunds will have a restock fee, return shipping costs, and the original shipping costs deducted.
Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE.
Returns MUST be in original packaging.
Missing or damaged parts may result in deductions from your refund to restore the item to resalable condition.
