AIE-RS1 Constant Heat Hand Held Roller Sealer

The AIE-RS1 constant heat roller sealer is a handheld unit designed to create round, oval, or square textured seals. It features an adjustable temperature range from 150°F to 300°F and is not recommended for use on poly plastics. The non-stick 5 mm seal-coated wheel glides over the material to produce consistent seals on ALUMINUM Bags, CELLOPHANE, or THICK MYLAR. Includes a heat-protective handle, shield, and stand for safe operation. Operates on a standard 110V outlet.

This heat seal roller is used by me to make Pico Balloons using 1 mil mylar foil. I am impressed that the temperature remains constant and that by maintaining a proper operator controlled roller speed you create nice, leak free seals on the edges. It is much easier to use with special shapes than is a straight wire sealer. So far we are pleased with the device.

Constant Heat Hand Roller

This constant head hand roller works great. It was packaged with instructions that were very helpful. I also needed something for some smaller jobs. I contacted the company and their recommendation was on point.
