The THS series machines are Constant Heat Sealers designed to seal most types of thermoplastic material. The 15mm seal width. mesh style makes these machines perfect for sealing materials such as Cellophane, thick Mylar, coated aluminum and coated PP. They come standard with a digital temperature controller that accurately controls the temperature from 30°-550° F (0°-300° C). With both jaws heating at the same time these machines apply heat penetration that creates a seal on thicker materials. These sealers come with a work table that can be adjusted. Do not use these machines for Polyethylene or Polypropylene materials. These models are best used while sitting down. Ease of use is one of the features of these machines. Just set the temperature controller at the desired temperature. Consistent seals will be created automatically, once the correct setting has been reached. Place the material between the two sealing bars and press down on the foot pedal and release.
