This TISA-452 18" Automatic Impulse Sealer with a 2mm seal is manufactured to allow the user to continuously seal Polyethylene and Polypropylene plastics with ease. The electronic timer and electromagnet gets set to the required settings and allows for seals to be consistent automatically. It can also operated manually. Note: All Automatic sealers will need approx. 20-30min cool down after approx 2 hrs of constant run time.

AUTOMATIC OPERATION: Set the control on auto. Adjust the congealing time (cooling time), sealing time (heating time), and recycle time (automatic operation of jaws). Place the material to be sealed, after the seal is made the jaw opens, then remove the sealed product.

MANUAL OPERATION: Set the control to manual. Insert the material and press down on the foot switch to activate the sealing bar. Remove the finished product.
