RFR200-15 Rolmark Stenciling Kit includes a 1 1/2 inch fountain roller, cover, and 1 quart of black Rolmark stencil ink. The ink is permanent, waterproof, and quick drying, ideal for marking on metal drums, pipes, brick, concrete, and other industrial surfaces. Using a fountain roller instead of a pad and roller system saves time and money by delivering consistent ink flow and reducing mess.
