COMMENTS: I used this ink for a non-conventional purpose: printing letters on acrylic sheeting. However, the surface is non-porous like most plastics or even glass. This ink is the most durable and easiest to use compared to other Marsh stencil inks that are water soluble and their eco inks too. It is also more durable than Sharpie markers (including their permanent, laundry and extreme versions), In addition to the best durability (i.e., resistance to smudging and handling) this ink also has little to no smell as the carrier media has VOCs that are not smelly or long-lingering. The ink dries relatively fast. After 10 - 15 minutes it is a little tacky and overnight it dies completely (I'm in the San Francisco bay area). If humidity is high it might take longer to dry. I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star because it does not dry as fast as conventional magic markers. Overall however, this is the best ink I have found to mark plastics from the 10+ inks that I tested. Another good thing about this ink is that it can be removed with isopropyl alcohol even days after application. This makes it possible to clean up or correct mistakes made during printing.
