ARMOR STRETCH FILM
What is Armor Stretch Film / Armor Shield®? It is a VCI Stretch Film that helps keep metals looking clean and corrosion-free while containing your load for maximum safety. It is a puncture-resistant, self-clinging film that leaves no sticky residue and requires no tape to secure.
What are the benefits and applications for Armor Stretch Film? It is customizable, provides corrosion protection, and eliminates the need for strapping in some cases. It has excellent cling strength for unitizing loads or wrapping steel coils. Machine grade VCI Stretch is ideal for steel coils, parts on pallets, or racking systems. The narrow width is used for banding, bundling, and unitizing—excellent for pick-and-pack operations.
RUST PREVENTATIVE LIQUID (RP)
Dry Coat™
What is Armor Dry Coat? It is a water-based liquid RP for ferrous metals. Once applied, the clear protective coating will dry to touch, does not attract dirt or dust, and is not sticky. It can be applied by dip, spray, or flow coat. Outdoor use requires pairing with VCI/UV packaging.
What are the benefits and applications for Dry Coat? It is ready to use and offers up to 2 years of indoor protection, replacing oils and hazardous solvents. What is Metal Rescue Bath? It is a clean, safe, water-based, non-hazardous, and biodegradable rust remover. It eliminates the need for corrosive or toxic products like harsh acids or electrolysis. Rust is removed in 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on severity.
What are the benefits and applications for Metal Rescue Bath? It is a safe, easy way to remove rust with no scrubbing or brushing required. Once rust is removed, the part is ready to paint, coat, or store, eliminating the need to send parts out to be de-rusted.
What is Metal Rescue Gel? It is a cleaner, safer rust remover for iron and steel. Non-toxic and environmentally friendly, its highly adhesive formula clings to metal and vertical surfaces. It must remain moist to remove rust.
What are the benefits and applications for Metal Rescue Gel? It eliminates waste by allowing spot application on hard-to-reach or vertical areas with no scrubbing or wire brushing needed. It contains no phosphoric acids and will not compromise mechanical properties or functionality.

What are VCI EMITTERS AND VCI BUBBLE? Armor Shield® CF33 corrosion inhibiting emitters, foam pads, chips, and VCI bubble wrap are embedded with Armor VCI formulation to provide product separation, buffering, and rust protection.
