Instead of having 2 chrome side plates like the standard sealer, the trimmer sealer has a cutter bar on one side that needs to be removed. Follow these instructions for proper replacement techniques.
- Slide the trimmer handle in the swing arm to the cutout notch and lift out.
- Loosen but do not remove the screw. Using pliers or other suitable tools to remove the old blade and install the new one.
- BE CAREFUL - THE BLADES ARE SHARP!!!
- Set new blade in position and tighten screw.
- * Be sure that the tab on blade retainer is set in top hole of replacement trimmer blade.
- Reinstall handle in sealer arm.
