The AIE-300FL 12-Inch Foot Impulse Sealer is engineered for hands-free, high-efficiency sealing of polyethylene bags and polypropylene films up to 6 mil thick. Formerly known as the AIE-300FI, this industrial-grade heat sealer features a foot-pedal activation system, pedestal stand, and adjustable worktable - ideal for repetitive use in manufacturing, warehousing, and food service operations.
Delivering a consistent 2 mm wide impulse seal across materials up to 12 inches long, the AIE-300FL enhances packaging productivity while ensuring strong, airtight closures. Itís compatible with popular thermoplastics such as KEL-F, PVC, Polyflex, P.V.A., and more.
Optional accessories - including heavy-duty tables, taller stands, and tilting heads - are available for enhanced customization and workflow efficiency. Each unit is manufacturer-tested, backed by a 180-day warranty, and ready to plug into any standard 110V outlet.
